October 2025
Yoga and Sound Bath event
This is a 3 hr event on Sunday, the 12th of October at 10:30am. We will start with 90 mins of yoga practice, take a 15 min break and then continue with an hour long sound bath with the Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls. It will be the best savasana you will ever have!
Stress and Tension Release with Reiki Yoga
I know very well how exhausting and stressful a long workweek can be—physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. It is easy to get caught up in busyness and forget to prioritise our own well-being. This class is a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and release the stress and tension that builds up over the week. By combining Reiki and Restorative Yoga, you will leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to fully enjoy your well-deserved weekend!
