Hour One: ease in with a gentle slow hatha flow yoga to release tension and awaken the body.
Hour Two: sink into deep stillness with a nurturing restorative yoga practice.
Hour Three: finish with iRest yoga nidra, a guided meditation designed to bring profound rest and clarity.
Whether you need to reset, restore, or simply carve out some quiet time for yourself, this mini retreat offers space to breathe deeply and leave feeling centred, refreshed, and ready for the season ahead.

Who is this for?
This mini retreat is suitable for everyone who wants to take time to focus on themselves!
Whether you are new to these practises or experienced, this will give you the opportunity to learn new skills and / or deepen your practise and knowledge, whilst meeting friendly like minded people.
This day retreat is limited to 13 people so that I can give more attention to each and everyone of you!
We start promptly at 10am and finish at 1pm!
