This nurturing mini retreat weaves together slow Hatha flow, restorative yoga, and iRest yoga nidra to support calm, balance, and quiet joy — the perfect reset for body and mind as the new year unfolds.
Take three hours to pause and recharge.
Hour One: Ease in with a slow, mindful uplifting Hatha flow to release tension and awaken the body.
Hour Two: Sink into deep stillness through a soothing restorative yoga practice.
Hour Three: Conclude with iRest yoga nidra — a guided meditation for profound rest, clarity, and renewal.
Whether you want to reset, restore, or simply carve out time for yourself, this mini retreat offers space to breathe deeply and leave feeling centred, refreshed, and ready for the year ahead.

This mini retreat is open to everyone wishing to take time for self-care and reflection.
Whether you’re new to yoga and meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll have the chance to explore, learn, and deepen your practice in a warm and welcoming environment — alongside friendly, like-minded people.
This retreat is limited to 12 participants to allow for personal attention and a calm, spacious atmosphere.
We’ll begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and close at 1:00 p.m.
