This Transformational Breath® experience is designed to help you reset your nervous system, release what’s been held, and feel grounded, clear, and resilient.

Your breath holds the map back to vitality, emotional balance, and inner strength. When breathing patterns open, the body softens, the mind clears, and long-held tension can finally let go.

The Transformational Breath ® session focuses on three main areas – increasing physical well-being, improving mental and emotional states, and spiritual expansion. It helps you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing, gain a deeper understanding of breath patterns, and release both physical and emotional tension from the body.

Breathwork has benefits for everyone, and this breath workshop is suitable for individuals over the age of 18.

No previous breathwork experience is required.

What to expect:

• Brief introduction and discussion of Transformational Breath benefits and technique

• Breath Analysis demo to gain insights into how someone’s breathing is connected to their life experiences, behaviors, and overall impact on their health and well-being.

• Set an intention through a short guided meditation

• Get comfortable on the mat for a guided breathwork journey, incorporating hands-on acupressure, sound, movement, and positive affirmations

• Relax on the mat for 10-15 minutes at the end to integrate your experience

• Share your session experience, receive tips for daily practice

• No previous breathwork experience required. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring your water bottle.

Please consult your medical practitioner to ensure deep breathing techniques are suitable for you. About the Organizer:

This event is organised and led by Muge Zorbozan, a certified trainer with the Transformational Breath Foundation and a professional with a background in finance, having studied economics and worked in investment companies for over a decade.

After experiencing severe stress-related health challenges earlier in her career, Muge discovered Transformational Breath in 2010. The practice supported her healing journey, helping her regain her health, find emotional balance, and build stronger relationships with herself and others. Inspired by the profound changes in her life, she completed her training in 2012 and has since been passionately sharing this work with individuals who want to live healthier, more connected, and more conscious lives.

Since becoming a certified practitioner, Muge has been offering private sessions, workshops, and corporate events in Transformational Breath. She has had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their own needs and goals. Her extensive experience enables her to create a safe and nurturing space where people can explore the power of breathwork, cultivate mindfulness, and unlock their full potential.

In addition to her work in Transformational Breath, Muge holds further qualifications as a Basic DNA Theta Healing Practitioner, Reiki II practitioner, and in Meditation & Mindfulness. She also serves as Dr. Judith Kravitz’s assistant, supporting the coordination of Transformational Breath events globally.

This event is also supported by certified Transformational Breath Foundation facilitators, creating a safe, professional, and supportive environment for all participants.
